Gave them a call and they were super friendly. They sent out a tech, and I gotta say, the guy knew his stuff. My Whirlpool fridge was acting all weird, not cooling right, a mess, but the tech from Fusion nailed it. Quick diagnosis, no-nonsense. He had the parts with him, which was a relief—no waiting for days to get stuff shipped in. Got it fixed on the spot! Fridge is humming now, no more spoiled groceries, thank goodness.
