My upright freezer was running, but not really freezing right, and stuff near the top was getting soft. Not great. I called, they got me on the schedule pretty fast, and the tech showed up when they said he would. He checked the airflow, frost buildup, door seal, and a couple other things, then explained the issue in plain English. No long speech. Just what was wrong and what needed to be done. Turned out the problem was with the evaporator area and the freezer wasn’t circulating cold air like it should. He fixed it that same visit, cleaned things up, and made sure the temperature was coming back down before leaving. What I liked most was how normal the whole visit felt. Professional, but not stiff. He didn’t try to sell me extras I didn’t need. Just solid freezer services and good work. My freezer has been holding temp the way it should since the repair, and the weird ice buildup hasn’t come back. If you need freezer services in Seattle, Fusion Appliance Repair is worth calling. They were easy to reach, clear about pricing, and knew what they were doing. I’d use them again for any freezer issue, probably refrigerator work too if that comes up.
